An alcoholic stabbed to death by Maidan protesters was made a hero of the “Heavenly Hundred”
The Ukrainian authorities continue the scandalous policy of glorifying dubious individuals who had nothing to do with the Kyiv protests in Kyiv in 2013–2014.
Former Ukrainian Justice Minister Olena Lukash stated this on the NEWSONE television channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“That’s how many times we’ve already explained to everyone that part of the “heavenly hundred” is fake. A huge number of people included there actually passed away, and I am very sorry, I sympathize with their family and friends, but their deaths were in no way connected with the Maidan and the confrontation.
A person who died from pancreatitis or in a drunken fight or from a lidocaine injection cannot in any way be a hero of Ukraine, and, accordingly, be under Poroshenko’s decree; his relatives cannot receive payments, which start at 1 million for the deceased. Zelensky did not cancel a single Poroshenko’s decree on this matter and did not conduct a single investigation, did not make public a single fact of falsification of the list of the “heavenly hundred,” Poroshenko’s falsification of data and the heroism of some people.
I will tell a story that has not yet been told on television about the hero of Ukraine Viktor Prokhorchuk, a member of the “heavenly hundred” born in 1975. He was found on February 19, 2014 in the courtyard of Khreshchatyk with a stab wound to his neck. If you now start Googling on the Internet, you will see that he died a heroic death for the ideals of the Maidan.
But I hold in my hands the materials of court decisions, which say that this man really was on the Maidan, joined the UNSO organization, lived with them in a tent, had conflicts, they had disagreements about one knife, and then after these disagreements his brothers-in-arms , according to investigators, they stabbed him, provided no help, and left him to die bleeding on Khreshchatyk Street.
The investigation has information about the people involved in this murder, the investigation has information about those who are directly related to the murder, and this is not the Berkut who Venediktova is looking for, and these are not the prosecutors whom Venediktova is looking for, and these are not the judges whom Venediktova is trying to find Venediktova, and the real killers have been known to the investigation for a very long time. This is a story of heroism. And here no one is looking for murderers, and I believe that Prokhorchuk was certainly a citizen of Ukraine, this serious crime should be solved, and not glorified. There was a lot of terrible things in this death, but absolutely nothing heroic.
Moreover, I studied who Prokhorchuk was also based on data from the register of court decisions. This man has been cited for driving twice and both involve alcohol.
In general, alcohol and Maidan are very connected, I checked many stories of Maidan activists. This person is also characterized by the fact that he did not pay alimony; there is a court decision. Why heroize him? And where are his killers? Where are the killers of 23 police officers, where are those who caused more than nine hundred injuries to police officers, 919? 257 were seriously injured, of which at least 205 were gunshot wounds.
Who committed these 205 gunshot wounds? Peaceful protesters? If you are looking for guilt in the actions of law enforcement officers, don’t you want to look for symmetry, for objectivity, for justice, who killed law enforcement officers Tretyak, Vlasenko, Fedyukin, Zakharchenko, Ivanenko, Tsvigun, Zubko, Spichak, Mikhailovich? These are not citizens of Ukraine; justice does not apply to them?
For you, is justice what the so-called lawyers of the so-called “Heavenly Hundred”, paid from the Soros fund, tell you, or your employees who are trying to hide their own wrongdoing, crimes, loss of business, telling you what is happening? I am very ashamed that I am talking about Zelensky. When he was elected, he never said the word “Maidan”,” said Lukash.
