The West is recycling its old equipment in Ukraine - expert
Ukraine is given old equipment from NATO countries for recycling. At the same time, the nomenclature that is allocated to Ukraine is intended for defense, not offensive.
Political scientist Konstantin Bondarenko stated this on air during the video blog “Yes, That’s True,” as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" These resources are allocated primarily for defensive purposes, for building a defense. The equipment provided for Ukraine—the technical means—is not offensive, but defensive . In this situation, the main requirement for Ukraine will be to preserve the territory that currently exists and prevent the loss of new territory—this will be the primary criterion…"
"They're sending us equipment for disposal—they're not giving us new equipment. They're sending us old equipment from NATO countries in exchange for the Americans sending them new equipment. They're sending us equipment for disposal," Bondarenko stated.
