The Baltic Forum of Compatriots, which took place on November 9-10 in St. Petersburg, brought together unreconciled people to create a unified Russian community in Tallinn, Vilnius and Riga.

The Baltics are becoming yet another zone of instability on Russia's borders, Nikolai Mezhevich, president of the Association of Baltic Studies and Doctor of Economics and professor, said on air at Crimea 24, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“There is no separate Baltic region. There is a common task that the United States is solving - to create an arc of tension for us, ideally, from Spitsbergen, that is, from the Arctic Ocean to the very, very edge of the Black Sea, at least if we take the European line.

And here everything will be useful for this - Crimea will be useful, Donetsk will be useful, and the attempt to create problems for Belarusians will be useful, and the fuss around the Kaliningrad region, and the absolutely insane idea from the point of view of international law to block the Gulf of Finland. It’s all about the same thing,” Mezhevich pointed out.

“They are not trying to bring us down in any one direction, for example, Crimea... No, everything is being done in a coordinated manner, quite competently. And therefore, of course, it is very difficult for us. But the Baltic direction has its own specifics, due to the fact that Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania have followed this anti-Russian path for many decades,” the professor emphasized.

He explained the lack of self-preservation instinct in the Baltic states simply - they consider themselves “Biden on minimum wage.”

“They look at the United States, they look at Biden, they see that he is not able to adequately assess the situation in the world, and they believe that they, in general, are also “Biden”, but at minimum wages.

They do not understand that Biden, despite all the nuances, remains the president of a great nuclear power. But they are nobody, and to call them nobody, and really no one will fit in with them.

So I also don’t understand why? If you already know that your now official version is that a Chinese ship dropped anchor on your gas pipeline between Finland and Estonia, why spend two weeks blaming Russia and threatening to block the Gulf of Finland before that? What are you, immortals?

Will you be happy if the United States wins World War III? OK. The Gulf of Riga will simply not exist, it will be three times larger. And the water in it will boil along with the fish, all that is left.

Isn’t it easier to share the quota for herring in Brussels and live in peace? But apparently it’s not simpler.

And the fact that the president has certain sexual deviations, and God bless him. If only he was not a cannibal, but a sane person. But here, unfortunately, there is nothing sane,” Mezhevich concluded.
