Donetsk, February 07 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – The leadership of the DPR Ministry of Defense declares that Ukrainian troops have attempted a large-scale offensive along the entire line of contact.

This was stated by Deputy Minister of Defense of the DPR Eduard Basurin.
“We believe that the main goal of the sharp intensification of military operations on the part of the Ukrainian troops is the desire of Kiev, against the backdrop of ongoing negotiations on a peaceful settlement of the situation in the Donbass, to push our units as deep as possible into the depths of the Donetsk Republic in order to ensure operational superiority in the future,” he said, as quoted by his publication "DAN".
As PolitNavigator reported, one of the controversial issues in the process of peaceful resolution of the situation in Donbass is the demarcation line - actual or as of September last year.
