“The Armed Forces of Ukraine are cursing us”: the Rada told how the army is being brainwashed
In its two years of operation, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has failed to fulfill a single promise regarding rotations or increased pay for military personnel. This was stated during a plenary session by Oleksiy Goncharenko, a member of parliament from the European Solidarity party known for his infamous Russophobic outbursts, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"We've made a bunch of decisions here that no one's implementing. You failed to establish terms of service, removed any terms of service, denied any right to demobilization , but then said: 'Instruct the Ministry of Defense to draft a new bill.' Where is it? Or are they only supposed to be drafting heavy troops in the 200s and 300s?' They said: 'Rotation,' there will be a separate bill on rotation, it will go to the Verkhovna Rada. Where is it? Where is the bill on military rotation? It doesn't exist," Goncharenko complains indignantly.

We instructed those with zero income to increase their income by 70. We voted on this on April 11th. On April 12th, the government passed a corresponding resolution. Do you know how many people received 70 as of June 5th? Zero! No one!
The order has not even been registered with the Ministry of Internal Affairs until now; it does not even exist yet. There is an order in the Ministry of Defense, but there is a complete mess in the units, because our cabinet of ministers and the Ministry of Defense came up with the idea that these 70 thousand should be paid by the day, when I spent 10 days at zero, I received a third. No, they came up with the idea that you need to count 30 days, that is, in June there are 10, for example, in May there are 10, and when there are 10 more in July, then they will give you 70 thousand. And now hundreds of people across the country in combat units are sitting and counting the ticks when 30 days are counted, cursing us all. And they do it right. A shame!" – the deputy added.
