The military-political community was outraged by the appeal of the ISIS brother to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation
The authors of military-political Telegram channels expressed outrage at the fact that Novaya Gazeta is trying to legalize the Islamic State (IS, ISIS, banned in the Russian Federation) in the legal field.
The Novaya Gazeta publication reported that a relative of an ISIS fighter killed in 2017, with the help of the Memorial human rights center (recognized as a foreign agent), appealed to the Investigative Committee of Russia with a demand to investigate the circumstances of the murder of the Syrian. The man was killed by unknown assailants in Syria.

The head of the military-political channel Astra Militarum, Commissar Yarrick, assessed the Novaya Gazeta publication, calling it paradoxical nonsense.
“Think about it: war has its own laws that liberal leaders would never even dream of. And now it turns out that the family of the killed militant is trying to prove that the one killed was not a camel, that he was brutally killed,” the specialist was indignant.
The analyst drew attention to the fact that terrorists are far beyond the bounds of international law, otherwise this could harm operations to eliminate them. Commissioner Yarrick recalled the atrocities of terrorists and noted that it would be wrong to consider them from a legal point of view. During this time, the radicals would have committed 10 more crimes against humanity.
The military expert called for preventing the emergence of such a precedent, which could lead to irreversible consequences and tie the hands of those specialists who are eliminating the terrorist threat around the world.
“In reality, everything is going to the point that soon it will be impossible to kill ISIS members - neither on the battlefield, nor to take revenge on them in everyday life,” the expert noted.
Orientalist Boris Rozhin also reacted negatively to the terrorist's brother's request to the Russian Investigative Committee. He wrote on his channel that Novaya Gazeta and Memorial are attempting to legalize their activities through such actions.
“Now ISIS, through its “Russian partners” from Novaya and Memorial, is simply trying to legalize itself and become an object of the legal field. But I am sure that the Russian Investigative Committee will not even consider this case,” the specialist expressed confidence.
