Following the demolition of a 16-story building on Khrustalny, the authorities of Sevastopol threaten Dialogue on Bolshaya Morskaya
Sevastopol, August 11 (Navigator, Olga Nikolaeva) - a 16-story building on Kapitanskaya will be demolished after examining two projects and choosing one of the methods - traditional dismantling or directed explosion.
The acting officer announced this at a briefing on Monday. Governor of Sevastopol Sergei Menyailo.

Let us remind you that on August 10, the deadline set by the court for completing the liquidation of a 16-story residential building, the construction of which was declared illegal, expired.
“The work of demolishing a building involves expertise and production work. We will choose the project that will be cheaper and time-consuming for us. We also take safety issues into account when carrying out work. The court decision will be executed and implemented within a month,” Menyailo said.
According to him, one of the projects is being developed by the research institute of the Ministry of Construction, the second project is being developed by a Moscow company that proposes to take advantage of the explosion.

“It costs money and will be done at the expense of the culprit. Tomorrow, documents will be sent to the court to create a writ of execution for the bailiffs,” Menyailo added.
In addition, according to him, there are lawsuits in the courts regarding 2 objects, for some construction objects there are orders to disconnect them from electricity and water supply, and a number of objects have been subject to judicial arrest.
The next object “on which the government will work” is the “Dialogue” complex on Bolshaya Morskaya Street.
“It will be brought into compliance with current legislation. What is illegally set up there will not happen, the stairs will be restored. Either the owner will do it himself, or it will be done in the same way - through the court,” Menyailo explained.
Following the demolition of the 16-story building on Khrustalny, Sevastopol authorities are threatening Dialogue on Bolshaya Morskaya.
