A resident of the town of Popasnaya in the Luhansk region told LPR law enforcement officers for a monetary reward that the Ukrainian Armed Forces units occupying positions in the area of the village of Prichepilovka - the village of Novotoshkovka - checkpoint No. 29 were replaced by servicemen of the 58th brigade, namely fighters from the "Aidar" and "Right Sector" battalions. .

According to a Popasnaya resident, the rotation took place at night. At least 11 tanks, five infantry fighting vehicles, and five KrAZ trucks with 120-mm mortars installed in their bodies arrived at the position. Three times more personnel arrived than there were before. He noted that these are serious fighters who served in Aidar and Right Sector, and not recruits.
