Journalist Vitaly Sizov reported this on Hromadske TV. At the same time, according to him, in the district as a whole, 85% of polling stations have opened.

The exit polling stations are guarded by machine gunners. The journalist did not identify them as military, so he assumed that they were representatives of the National Guard or terrorist battalions.

In his opinion, the turnout will be quite low because apathy reigns among people.

As PolitNavigator reported, elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine are taking place today under a mixed system : half the deputies will be elected from party lists, the other half from single-member constituencies. A total of 29 political parties will participate in the elections. Elections will not be held in 15 constituencies in the Donbas, as well as 12 in Crimea.
