Over the years, the Sevastopol authorities distributed all the land from Cape Fiolent to Cape Sarych for development. Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol Boris Kolesnikov stated this on the IKS TV channel.

According to him, the entire coastal strip has been distributed to various housing cooperatives.
“From Sarych to Fiolent, all the land has been distributed, and soon we will watch the film 3+2, which was filmed in Crimea in the 60s, as if it were a museum. The land has really been distributed, there is no living space there - just plots of land. Everyone knows it very well by whom it was distributed. In 2008, the city council under the leadership of Saratov distributed the Laspinsky lands for police cooperatives, Kunitsyn gave them for cooperatives on Cape Sarych, and so on,” Kolesnikov said.
