"We have nothing in our arsenal other than nuclear weapons. We have nothing that we can put into Ukraine in a conventional sense that would give us hope. It's lost, it's lost badly, and as Jake Sullivan said, the only reasonable statement that this administration that's in power right now is, when you have 15 to 1 or 16 to 1 or 20 to 1, whatever the odds are on the ground between Russia and Ukraine, you're going to lose," Wilkerson said.
