“Center for Assistance to Ukrainians” discovered in Rostov – not a single visitor
Forced to leave Kyiv after the 2014 coup, blogger and reporter Sergei Rulev published a story about a “Center for Helping Ukrainians” discovered in the center of Rostov-on-Don.
The institution is located in the new Svoboda business center, the premises are furnished modernly and comfortably, but there are no visitors here, the author stated.

“Chic - newly built business mansions. In several rooms, offices and a hallway from the reception there was the so-called CPU - “Center for Support of Ukrainians.” Moreover, there were flags of the Ukrainian SSR on the employees’ desks.
I asked an employee what the CPU does, and found out that this is a charitable institution organized by the movement of Viktor Medvedchuk - the same ones have already been deployed in Moscow, Krasnodar and Simferopol to provide advisory and legal assistance, facilitate the preparation of various papers, drawing up appeals to government and municipal authorities of the Russian Federation. In short, do everything to simplify the initial stay of former residents of Ukraine in Russian territories.
However, despite the abundance of employees, the presence of modern office equipment and furniture, I did not find a single visitor,” Rulev threw up his hands.
