Moscow proposed using cultural figures against American propaganda
In response to American propaganda blaming Russia for all its sins, Russia should create a pool of friendly cultural figures who could convey to the world the truth about the events in Crimea and Ukraine.
The chairman of the All-Russian Foundation “Serving Russia”, Irina Yasakova, stated this at a meeting of the “March 18” discussion club in Moscow.
