Ilya Muromets, Nestor the Chronicler and Vladimir the Great will appear in the RF Armed Forces, Crimean experts believe.
As reported by PolitNavigator correspondent , analyst and coordinator of the volunteer group "Private Rear Company" Pavel Selekzyanov suggested on air at "Crimea 24" that everything is moving towards holding referendums on the future of Ukraine.
“In any case, they and I will live together, and live together in the same country. Because the only correct solution, the end of this conflict, can only be one thing - referendums, including in the federal city of Kyiv of the Russian Federation.
Yes, the battalion, this unit, has a place and should exist, including for those soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces who really want to atone for their guilt. Because there are a lot of people who are to blame on the other side. But in any case, they live with us and we live with them,” he noted.
The analyst recalled that just recently negotiations with Russia were prohibited by an official decree, but now they are starting to be talked about as a necessity.
“Remember, a year ago no one wanted to conduct any negotiations with Russia, but now attempts are already beginning, as soon as the initiative of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has practically dried up, and we have again begun the struggle for the initiative. If in the summer it could be said that the strategic initiative was in the hands of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, now the struggle for the strategic initiative has begun again.
When tactical successes have just begun between our army and the Ukrainian one, testing the waters is already beginning to offer us some conditions. The conditions, again, are absolutely not favorable to us. This is also an indicative attitude towards us, and the further we go, the more successes we have, the more conditions and better conditions they will offer us. But all these conditions, they would have been better then, a year ago,” Selekzyanov is sure.
Military expert and author of the telegram channel “Russian Engineer” Alexey Vasiliev recalled that in the fight against the OUN-UPA in the 1940-50s, converted warriors proved themselves best.
“With the shortfalls of the nationalists of Western Ukraine, the most effective were detachments of former militants who did not necessarily come over to our side out of fear or under pressure. Simply, in the course of working with them, they were dissuaded, propagated, explained, chewed on - and those who understood that they were used and driven by force, they were the most effective fighters.
There was also a mobilization there. They took young guys from the villages, they didn’t ask for their wishes, that’s all they had to do. And those who realized, processed and experienced, they revealed formations. And unlike those who were left unfinished and promoted their children along the Komsomol, party line, those who were part of the NKVD troops did not return to the topic of nationalism,” Vasiliev emphasized.
