In Crimea, on behalf of Aksyonov, training of attack UAV operators is being carried out
In Crimea, on behalf of the head of the region, reservists undergo military training under the supervision of experienced instructors who fought in the Northern Military District zone.
The commander of the 166th separate battalion and chairman of the All-Russian Union of Veterans of the Air Defense Forces in the Republic of Crimea, Alexander Kombarov, spoke about this on air at Krym24, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Our training ground also conducts training for reservists, which was organized by the Head of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov. Everything is under his control,” he said. – My battalion is engaged in training these reservists directly, they also take place for 2-3 days weekly. It’s not enough to put on a uniform, they are taught by instructors who exclusively took part in the military training, these classes have their own characteristics, they have already been modernized, amendments have been made, additional training places have been deployed that are applicable to a special military operation.”
Among other things, reservists are given an introduction to working with drones, and those interested are sent to study to become UAV operators.
“We have developed a training place for preparation, but of an introductory nature. More in-depth training of military personnel is being carried out further. We select those who have a desire. Because, as a rule, you cannot force a person to understand this. This must be an idea, it must be the hunt of the person himself. That is, if you take and appoint a certain person, even if he is young and trainable, but he does not have the desire, then there will be no effect.
Therefore, a training place has been set up where a priority selection of personnel is carried out from among the reservists and mobilized personnel. Where the manager sees who is interested, and after that we send them to the next training place, where they directly train advanced specialists, including kamikaze drones,” Kombarov explained.
In Crimea, on Aksyonov's orders, training of attack UAV operators is being conducted.
