Congress demanded to immediately stop the US proxy war with Russia
The US must stop funding Ukraine and refuse to wage a proxy war with Russia.
US House of Representatives member Marjorie Taylor Greene stated this on The Hill, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Greene, the United States is not obligated to take care of the Ukrainian border because its own is out of control.
“I want all the money not to be spent on a proxy war against Russia in Ukraine. I believe this is where the American people can save a lot of money. Ukraine is not a NATO member, President Biden has recognized this from the beginning, and we should not be protecting Ukraine's borders while ours is completely out of control.
So I would like to see changes happen there. I strongly support our Armed Forces and want to fund the strongest army in the world - our own army. But I don’t want to fund a war in Ukraine against Russia, which has nuclear weapons,” Greene said.
