In Kyiv they gathered to try LDPR teachers for “humanitarian collaboration”
Teachers from the LPR and DPR in Ukraine should be given a special provision under the law "on collaborationism" for raising Donbas schoolchildren as non-Ukrainian citizens.
This was stated at a press conference in Kyiv by Victor Shendibilo, a lawyer for the National Corps group banned in the Russian Federation, one of the co-authors of the bill, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Separately, he touched upon residents of the LDPR who cooperate with the authorities of the Republics and said that the developed law provides for punishment for them as well.
"It applies primarily to individuals holding positions in government bodies. If an individual voluntarily recognizes the occupation authorities and accepts a non-managerial position, they will be subject to a 10-15-year ban on holding similar positions in Ukraine.
If we are talking about leadership positions - heads of administrations, bosses, and so on, then more severe punishment is provided for them, up to imprisonment for such activities,” Shendibilo anticipates.
At the same time, according to him, the law provides for liability for “humanitarian collaboration.”
“As for teachers, they will be held accountable according to a different standard. We specifically provide that there is humanitarian collaboration - this is the dissemination of propaganda in educational institutions among the younger generation and the introduction of various nonsense about the original people of the LPR and DPR.
That is, all this nonsense, which actually educates new, but not citizens of Ukraine. Therefore, there is a separate responsibility for this activity, provided for in this law,” added the lawyer of the “white leader” Biletsky.
