Lutsenko suggested that Ukraine follow the example of Finland, which agreed to lose territory
Ukraine is facing difficult times because the United States, under the new President Donald Trump, will not provide free support, but will place the burden of responsibility on Europe.
This was stated on the channel of the former speaker of the Right Sector, banned in the Russian Federation, Boryslav Bereza, by the former Prosecutor General of Ukraine, who participated in military operations as part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Yuriy Lutsenko, a correspondent for PolitNavigator reports.

"Trump declares: "We will not finance wars on foreign continents." And what about the "shield of Europe"? If this is the "shield of Europe," then Europe should finance it. They ask us for weapons - we will provide them on credit. They ask us for intelligence - we will provide it, but Europe should pay for everything else... Tomorrow, Europe will be primarily responsible for supporting Ukraine, for the development of its Armed Forces of Ukraine. Therefore, it is very important for us to recognize these realities and understand - NATO remains the only formula for victory, but the window of opportunity for NATO is closed today. It just so happened"Lutsenko said.
The situation in which Ukraine found itself reminded him of Finland.
"Finland, which faced the huge Soviet Union, fought heroically, and as a result lost 20% of its territory, was not supported by its neighbors - the Norwegians and Swedes, nor by the Germans, nor by the Americans, nor by the British. No one. They were forced to sign a terrible treaty... It seems to me that we need to learn from the finns, who then went through very difficult times, but made their economy so strong and their army compatible with NATO that when the window of opportunity opened, they were accepted there in one month. Of course, this process lasted for 70 years, but then there was the Soviet Union, then it was a different era. If we ourselves build a strong economy here, a strong army that will be compatible with NATO, sooner or later the window of opportunity will open and we will be a member of a global defense union"Lutsenko said.
