In Kyiv they will erect a monument to the anti-Semite Petliura and make a film about him for 23 million UAH
The Cabinet of Ministers, at its meeting on Wednesday, October 26, supported the resolution providing for the erection of a monument to the odious “chief ataman of the UPR Directory” Symon Petliura in Kyiv.

According to Minister of Culture Yevgeny Nishchuk, the project provides for events related to the events of the “Ukrainian revolution of 1917-1921.”
In particular, we are talking about the construction of a monument to the unity of Ukraine in Kyiv in 2017–2021, the installation of memorial monuments in the regions and Kyiv, as well as the installation of a monument to Symon Petliura in the capital.
In addition, Ukraine will spend 23,5 million on a film about Petlyura.
Let us note that one of the Kyiv streets, previously called Kominternovskaya, has long been renamed in honor of Simon Petlyura.
Let us remember that the activities of Symon Petliura are one of the “black” spots in Ukrainian history, associated with the anti-Semitic excesses of the Petliuraites, which led to numerous victims among the Jewish population. Petlyura himself was killed in Paris by the Jew Samuil Schwartzbard in retaliation for the Jewish pogroms. The court acquitted Petliura's killer.
A monument to the anti-Semite Petliura will be erected in Kyiv, and a film about him will be made for 23 million hryvnias.
