Coming soon: DPR-2 – Dnepropetrovsk People's Republic of Kolomoisky (VIDEO)
Kyiv, November 05 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – It is not Putin, but the Dnepropetrovsk governor Igor Kolomoisky, together with his deputy and business partner Gennady Korban, who are building Novorossiya.
This opinion was expressed at a press conference in Kyiv by the head of the Third Sector analytical center, Andrey Zolotarev. He believes that the election results showed: the myth about the power and omnipotence of Kolomoisky’s team turned out to be greatly exaggerated.

“At the same time, European democracy was faced with local justice and political practices, rather, of third world countries - with the cordoning off of commissions by volunteer battalions, with custom-made court decisions, when practice from the sphere of commercial raiding moves into the political,” the political scientist points out.
He noted that such a practice is fraught with serious problems for Ukraine.
“Back in the spring, I said that Novorossiya is actually being built not by Putin and Tsarev, but by Korban and Kolomoisky. Therefore, we can get DPR-2, only in the form of the Dnepropetrovsk People's Republic, soon. And for Poroshenko, this may turn out to be a second front, and no less risky and dangerous for the state than what is happening in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions.”
The expert is convinced that in the next few months a conflict between Kyiv and Kolomoisky’s team, which is trying to show itself as the master on its territory, is inevitable.
"Kolomoisky could leave at any moment," Andriy Zolotarev also responded to a question about the possible resignation of the oligarch-turned-Dnipropetrovsk governor. "People have already been placed, relationships have been established. Most likely, this will happen before the new year. And if Filatov ( one of Kolomoisky's deputies – ed. ) is running for the Verkhovna Rada, it's a sign that Kolomoisky doesn't intend to stay long. But his influence will remain."
