Ukrainian military sold ammunition to the LPR People's Militia
The commander of one of the brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine established a channel for supplying ammunition to servicemen of the People's Militia of the LPR.
Ivan Filiponenko, an officer of the press service of the People's Militia of the LPR, stated this during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to his information, particularly enterprising officers and soldiers of the 25th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, not wanting to miss the chance to make money, organized a distribution channel for ammunition, selling it at low prices to the local population.
“To sell a larger batch, the commander of the 2nd battalion of the 25th brigade, Lieutenant Colonel Sushchenko, contacted soldiers of the People’s Militia of the LPR with a proposal to sell a box of 7.62 caliber cartridges and a box of grenades,” said Ivan Filiponenko.
He said that, according to the agreement, the Ukrainian security forces made a cache near the contact line, from where, according to the transmitted coordinates, the NM military personnel removed the ammunition.
