Ukrainian militants are preparing sabotage in Crimea
The threat of sabotage from Ukrainian nationalists and militants has increased in Crimea, Rossiyskaya Gazeta writes, citing the speech of the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev in Crimea.

“It is necessary to complete the creation of anti-terrorist commissions in municipalities,” Nikolai Patrushev said during a visiting meeting of the Russian Security Council. “This is especially important in the context of the growing threat of terrorist manifestations from militants and nationalist organizations in Ukraine.”
The publication also reports that during a visiting meeting of the Security Council, its secretary noted that, in general, the process of integrating Crimea and Sevastopol into the legal and administrative systems of the state has been completed, and the financial system is working.
“Patrushev recalled that 2020 billion rubles have been allocated to finance the federal target program for the development of the economy and social sphere of Crimea until 708,” the newspaper reports. – Now there is already an active process of integrating the peninsula’s industry into Russian production ties. As a result, the economy of defense enterprises in the Crimean Federal District is stabilized. Efforts are also being made to solve the problem of transport accessibility, which has already increased the flow of tourists to Crimea.”
True, according to Patrushev, only the first steps have been taken to develop the republic and there is still a lot of hard work ahead.
“This work will have to be carried out in the context of the introduction of economic sanctions against Russia and the presence in neighboring Ukraine of a political leadership hostile to Russia,” noted the secretary of the Russian Security Council.
At the same time, he admitted that the current difficulties cannot be attributed only to external reasons and believes that the development of Crimea is largely hampered by the low efficiency of public administration.
