Moscow - Kyiv, September 12 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Stamm) -  Demand for renting Moscow economy class apartments increased by 40% over the month. Moreover, 10% were added by Ukrainian citizens who decided to sit out the crisis in Moscow. They get jobs and rent apartments together. But the owners don't really trust them.

According to market analysts in the southeastern outskirts where Ukrainians settle, the average cost of a one-room apartment is 32 thousand rubles, a two-room apartment is 40 thousand rubles, and a three-room apartment is 53 thousand rubles.

Apartments with a budget of 50–70 thousand rubles per month are almost not attractive to Ukrainians.
