The commander of the Ukrainian Navy, Igor Voronchenko, shared these preliminary results of a study of boats with Channel 4, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“At the moment they are only approaching territorial waters. At about 16 o'clock they will only arrive. They are being towed, the speed is very low, they are not moving under their own power.
The Russians destroyed them, even removed the lampshades, sockets and toilets. So we will show the whole world the barbaric attitude of Russians towards this,” Voronchenko said.
Economist Andrei Klimenko, who fled from Crimea and monitors the movement of tugs with boats of the Ukrainian Navy, clarifies that as of 09:40 Kiev time, a Ukrainian tug caravan appeared in the communication zone in the area of the approach to the Tendra Spit.
