Ukraine refuses to extradite participants of the Russian Spring from Odessa, Kyiv, Kharkov for exchange
Ukraine is sabotaging the exchange of prisoners with the Donbass republics according to the “all for all” scheme, refusing to extradite participants of the Russian Spring from Kyiv, Odessa, and Kharkov.
This was stated on the NewsFront channel by former Odessa Regional Council deputy and current commander of the DPR Ministry of Defense unit Vadim Savenko, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“We are putting up lists of those people who are also in pretrial detention centers and prisons in Odessa, Kyiv, and Kharkov. These are our people. These are the same hostages who fought for the idea of Novorossiya on the territory of Ukraine.
And we say - let's let everyone go, our people who are imprisoned on political charges. But they also brought criminal charges. They say: “No, these are criminals.” This is what they play with.
Therefore, let's be honest - we change everyone for everyone. We are not against it and would have done it long ago if the Ukrainian side had not sabotaged it,” Savenko said.
