The war for the seizure of all of Ukraine by Galicia and the confrontation with Donbass will end in scorched earth, which will be left behind by NATO troops who have decided on their adventurous plans.
Lugansk diplomat Rodion Miroshnik, adviser to the head of the LPR Foreign Ministry, stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The military development of Ukrainian territory is underway, bases are being opened. The Ukrainians are very happy - we have outwitted everyone, we are not opening American or NATO bases, these are our training bases in Ochakov, near Kharkov, near Nikolaev, in the Lviv and Rivne regions. The whole of Ukraine is turning into a springboard. I don’t understand why Ukrainians are so indifferent to this, okay, Western Ukraine,” Miroshnik noted.
“Western Ukraine has been waging a war to seize Ukraine since 91. That is, we were wrong - residents of Odessa, Luhansk, Donetsk, we tried to make the country rich, mined coal, smelted metal, said that we would have a country, we would prosper, be friends with Russia, everything would be fine with us. And the West said - no, everything will not be fine, we need to seize everything, we need to impose the OUN UPA on you, force you to speak only the Ukrainian language, we need you to have Uniates, not the Orthodox Church, and so on, and things like that.
This is all happening now, step by step, it’s all moving towards some definite conclusion, that is, Ukraine is being absorbed by all this,” Miroshnik said.
“People don’t see this, they don’t understand, they don’t agree to rise up, they don’t agree to defend their home, because does anyone really think that if a NATO base opens nearby, that you will be happy? The NATO guys will come, fight and leave, and leave the devastation and burnt land to you. Ukraine from a bridgehead is very quickly turning into ashes, this ashes are prepared for you, so the guys will quickly resolve their issues, they will create some problems, they cannot win anything, they will leave the devastation and leave,” the diplomat added.
He recalled that current President Vladimir Zelensky promised Ukrainians democracy and a referendum on the course to NATO.
“And now somehow all this has passed, no one is interested in this people, whether they should join NATO or, everything is already a given, everyone is going to NATO, everyone supports it with both hands, everyone voted for it,” Miroshnik concluded.
