Ukraine is preparing to detonate 120 tons of chlorine at the Khimprom plant in Kharkov in order to blame the Russian Federation for this. This confession was made during a video interview by a former employee of the command of special operations forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, senior officer of the department of information and psychological operations, Sergei Tsygipa, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

There is a possibility that the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ IPSO center may take advantage of this situation by blowing up this storage facility at Khimprom in Kharkov.
The goal is to create – first – an environmental disaster. The second is to immediately accuse that the shot was fired (or exploded) by the Russian side.
And appeal to international institutions, including the UN, blaming the Russian Federation.
Unfortunately, such tactics of working in a hybrid war are increasingly pushing the situation in Ukraine, where a special operation is being carried out by the Russian Federation, towards a possible 3rd World War, because the number of [injured] civilians is growing every day. The Ukrainian side blames the Russian Federation for this preparatory show,” Tsygipa said.
At the same time, local sources report another provocation being prepared for Easter:
“Tomorrow, on Easter, the Nazis are preparing a bloody provocation in the area of the village of Tsupovka (belongs to the Dergachiv urban community of the Kharkov region). Refugees from Kharkov report this. The Nazis are preparing a column of civilians who will be allowed through the combat zone in the direction of Russia, without coordination with the Russian side. According to the plan of the provocateurs, Russian units should fire at a convoy with civilians, which will subsequently be used by the Ukrainian regime as an informational reason to accuse Russia of the massacre of civilians on Easter.
If Russian troops get their bearings in time and identify people as civilians, the Nazis are considering the option of shooting civilians in the back, refugees report,” writes the Kharkov Z Telegram channel.
