At least 6 EU countries are already purchasing coal from the LDPR
Despite the non-recognition and sanctions imposed, EU countries are actively purchasing anthracite from the DPR, according to the Polish newspaper Gazeta Prawna , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The publication notes that only the Polish-Italian company TD Anthracite, thanks to cooperation with Donetsk, has increased its turnover by more than a hundred times.

“In the Polish company TD Anthracite, the interests of Donetsk separatists and Italian business were intertwined. In three years, the company increased its turnover 125 times. Poland was not the only European Union state that received coal from Russian-occupied areas of Ukraine. We know that it was exported to at least five other EU countries, including Austria and Italy,” the article says.
At the same time, as the publication notes, the EU did not impose an embargo on the import of goods from the LDPR, since there is supposedly no such embargo, and a ban on trade with the republics would indirectly recognize their sovereignty.
