Kurt Volker yesterday stated a position close to our position, the Ukrainian one. Russian troops must leave the territory of Donbass. This is our position, it coincides. After this, the border with the Russian Federation must be closed. By whom? The Ukrainian army or UN peacekeeping forces - this could be an option. And then Kurt Volker also said, then there is a preparatory mechanism for the return of Ukrainian law, Ukrainian laws, and elections according to Ukrainian laws.

According to him, the issue of amnesty will be a big problem.
