Political expert Vladimir Granovsky stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, the correspondent reports. "PolitNavigator".
“There is a French school in Kyiv, children are taught in French. There are at least two schools in Kyiv where children are taught in English. It’s just that in Kyiv the elite can afford it. I think half the members of Parliament have children educated either in French schools or in English schools. The elite are brainwashing once again, there is no problem with that. We don’t have a French-speaking minority in Kyiv, do we? But there is a French school. Some BPP deputies teach their children in French. Most of it is in English,” he said.
Granovsky does not see the need to close Hungarian schools.
“Why then is there a problem with the Hungarian language? Why is Hungarian worse than French? This is a fictitious problem. There is no such problem in the EU at all,” he said.
“Nobody says: “We don’t want to study Ukrainian,” although getting an education in your native language, of course, with studying Ukrainian... This creates an obstacle for a small number of people. Of course, the Hungarian Foreign Ministry intervenes. This is a provocation. They deliberately create a provocation. By adopting such laws, they consciously assumed that conflicts would arise with neighboring countries,” Granovsky said.
