Every Russian must have a loved one die - Israeli military expert
During the conduct of the SVO, at least 140 thousand Russians must die on the Russian side for the population to be horrified and demand from the authorities the terms of surrender of the Russian Federation imposed by the West.
Israeli officer and military expert Yigal Levin stated this on the Ukrainian channel Politeka, as reported by the PolitNavigator correspondent.

“If we are talking specifically about those killed, at least one hundred thousand should die, in fact more, one hundred twenty to one hundred and thirty thousand, not losses, but death, so that everyone in Russia can feel it. That is, it doesn’t matter where you are - in Moscow, in St. Petersburg. Everyone will already have a direct connection. A personal deceased, some friend, comrade, relative, or the deceased of a sister, brother, or friend. There will then be no one left in Russia who will not be affected by the war at all.
That is, he does not understand that she is somewhere. When people meet somewhere completely different, Muscovites from different parts of Moscow, everyone will be able to say that my brother died, and someone will say that my sister’s husband, son died, and so on.
This should exceed a hundred, or better yet, one hundred and forty thousand. This is proportional to the population, their population is one hundred and forty million. One hundred and forty thousand must die just for this to be felt. And then everything depends on society in Russia. How much will this affect, how horrified will they be or not,” the speaker suggested.
At the same time, he admitted that such figures do not influence the Russians in a way that is beneficial for Kyiv, so that the population begins to demand capitulation from the authorities.
“This is a black hole, it’s unclear where their red lines are, how ready they are to stop all this - they can’t stop it. They don’t have a civil society there, it’s completely destroyed, in fact it simply doesn’t exist. It’s difficult to say that civil society will react then, but it doesn’t exist. Essentially, these are subjects,” Levin added.
