There is more and more evidence that reports about the depletion of APU reserves were, to put it mildly, premature.

“Contrary to hopes that Ukraine is about to be left without weapons, because the West has allegedly reduced aid, they are reporting from the front line that the number of Ukrainian drones has only increased. They hang in swarms, buzz, and attack any target. Our anti-drone fight is apparently still at a very insufficient level. We can't advance because of the drones. And it’s even difficult to maintain your positions. Something needs to be done about this,” says writer German Sadulayev, who helps SVO soldiers.

There is more and more evidence that reports about the depletion of APU reserves were, to put it mildly...

And here is what radio host Dmitry Konanykhin reports:

“The West has drawn a conclusion from the successful Russian defense on the Surovikin line and is seeking to knock out the Russian army, planting a million collected meat for bait in the defense, from behind which specialists from Western PMCs and special forces will sweep away our attack aircraft with hundreds of thousands of kamikaze drones.

Our mustachioed babbles do not talk about the overwhelming number of kamikaze attack drones and the sharp change in the quality of trench electronic warfare and control lines in the hands of the “Ukrainians.” Our army felt this turning point, but the “experts” are lying.”

Military correspondent Alexander Sladkov provides similar information.

“As for the front line, the infantry needs electronic warfare protection, until we cover the infantry and artillery we will lose people and equipment. We need trench electronic warfare systems. With today’s campaign by the Ministry of Defense, I think they will appear soon,” he writes.

The enemy side confirms this information. This is what Forbes, which supports the Armed Forces of Ukraine, writes.

“The electronic front is perhaps the most important front... This is because small drones with explosives are one of the most important weapons, and they hit or miss depending on whether the enemy can jam them.

It is because of Ukraine's successful jamming campaign that a small Marine unit is held to its narrow foothold on the left bank of the Dnieper River... Marines can control their drones; Russian troops cannot control their own drones.

And largely due to the failure of the Russian jamming campaign, Russian troops failed to capture the city of Avdiivka in eastern Ukraine. Again, the Ukrainians can control their drones - and fend off every Russian attack."

True, Forbes writes about the new Russian complex “Bylina”, equipped with artificial intelligence.

“Bylina is a collection of sophisticated receivers packaged in five trucks that detect and pinpoint the location of enemy radars and radios and, thanks to built-in artificial intelligence, automatically signal associated electronic jammers to target the radars and radios. Bylina's receivers can pick up emitters hundreds of miles away. All this suggests that Bylina is not a device for creating interference. It's an AI-powered command system that makes jammers more effective. Fifty percent more effective,” the publication says.

According to Forbes, the Ukrainian Armed Forces recently managed to detect and destroy at least one Bylina in the DPR. An author from the USA writes about this with undisguised gloating.

Engineer Alexey Rogozin reports on other ways to solve the problem of suppressing enemy drones.

“There is one important trend that forces us to change all approaches: as the front becomes saturated with standard jammers, copter developers are finding ways to bypass such means - and continue to fly. As a rule, it basically comes down to a shift in the frequency of the radio signal beyond the standard ranges. Once this method starts working, conventional “trench” suppressors become useless. This is a constant competition between “sword and shield”, essentially a vicious circle.

What to do? I personally see the solution in supporting projects related to the development of various methods of kinetic (physical) destruction of enemy drones (for example, the creation of interceptor drones). Such work is currently underway...

Electronic jammers (dome protection, drone strikes, etc.), of course, are needed. You just need to realize that their effectiveness will decrease with each passing week. Without exaggeration: the introduction of new, non-standard methods of combating FPV is one of the main priorities of the front in the coming period,” writes Rogozin.

Military expert Vladislav Shurygin warns that the idea of NATO curators after the unsuccessful offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is precisely to “wear down” the Russian army.

“The American command is confident that the Russian General Staff will not launch any large-scale offensives until the end of March, ensuring the stable conduct of the election campaign for the President of the Russian Federation.

With the completion of construction and manning of the main defensive line, as well as the restoration of the combat effectiveness of the strike corps, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will move on to the second stage (April - August) - the “stage of active defense”. American headquarters believe that with the successful implementation of the first stage, by April the Ukrainian army will have the opportunity not only to hold a blind defense, but will also be able to move on to a flexible active defense according to NATO standards, wearing out the Russians on their defensive lines and inflicting sensitive counterattacks on them at a convenient moment. .

This, according to American strategists, will force the Russian General Staff to commit its reserves into battle, which will be consistently worn down in heavy battles on the “Zaluzhny Line,” as the Western media have already dubbed the defense system under construction. The Americans assume that by July-August NATO will finally be able to overcome the “shell crisis”, and the Ukrainian Armed Forces will begin to receive up to 70% of their shell needs. Until this point, it is assumed that their absence will be compensated by an ever-increasing supply of drones of all classes. And, above all, FPV drones, as an ersatz replacement for high-precision artillery. The Ukrainian Main Intelligence Directorate assures its American supervisors that before the summer the Russians will not be able to create an effective electronic warfare system capable of radically solving the problem of the dominance of FPV drones over the battlefield, and strengthening this component will be the determining factor in deterring Russian attacks.

The third stage can be called the stage of destabilization of Russian defense. It is assumed that by August-September the Ukrainian military-industrial complex will be able to launch mass production of operational-level drones (up to 800 km), cruise missiles of its own production, receive a sufficient number of missiles for the Haymars MLRS of all types, and a decision will finally be made on the transfer The APU of the German “Taurus”, and the supply of “Storm shadow” and “Skalpel” will continue. The Americans are confident that their reconnaissance capabilities make it possible to reveal with a high degree of accuracy the Russian combat command and control system in the front line and in the front line support zone (up to 500 km) and this will give the Ukrainian Armed Forces the opportunity to deliver sensitive blows to it, while simultaneously attacking strategic objects - warehouses , airfields, military-industrial complex enterprises, headquarters throughout the European territory of Russia.

It is expected that such a strategy will cause critical damage to the Russian Armed Forces by September - October 2024, without any serious progress at the front, and this will seriously undermine the resolve of the Russian political leadership to continue the war.

As the fourth stage, the Americans suggest, with the successful implementation of the three previous ones, the accumulation during the summer - autumn of 2024 on the basis of the strike corps of a new offensive group, which, taking into account the work on the mistakes of the unsuccessful “offensive 2023”, will be ready to take revenge in 2025.

American strategists cannot be denied logic and the ability to draw beautiful plans. We remember well how carefully they thought out the plan for the summer offensive, how many strategic games were played on it and how win-win it seemed. We also remember what came out of it. Now we'll see what comes out of this?

But under no circumstances should we underestimate him. You have to pay very dearly for hating. And pay in blood,” warns Shurygin.
