There will be no more agreements with the United States on Syria
Russia will continue to cooperate with the United States in Syria, but will not conclude any new agreements. Deputy Director of the CIS Institute, military expert Vladimir Evseev stated this today at a press conference in Moscow.

"There can be no agreements because this administration has discredited itself in Deir ez-Zor ( air strike on Syrian troops – ed. ). The US will interfere, but it has fallen out with its allies: the Kurds and Turkey. Therefore, there will be no liberation of Raqqa," Yevseyev said, noting that Qatar and Saudi Arabia are currently distancing themselves from the situation in Syria.
The expert believes that the United States is losing its position, and this trend will continue.
“Russia will increase its influence, although it will not be easy. Now the situation as a whole is more positive for the Syrian army than for the opposition. The more favorable the situation, the sooner the opposition will negotiate. If we continue the policy we are pursuing, we will be able to gradually improve the situation. Aleppo will be liberated,” Yevseev said.
