The agreement between Kyiv and London is a useless analogue of “Budapest” - ex-NATO representative in the Russian Federation
The agreement on cooperation in the field of security, signed earlier between Ukraine and Great Britain, is another blindfold. Ukraine in reality received another analogue of the non-working “Budapest Agreements”, and not guarantees of protection.
Former NATO representative to Russia Harry Tabakh stated this on the Politeka internet channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“You were given many guarantees - the same “Budapest Memorandum”, you were promised to be given a lot of weapons, after the first “Ramstein”, I remember how everyone rejoiced at what was promised, that they would turn the earth and the sky for Ukraine, then nothing - zero , and the same with Lend-Lease. At first everyone was happy that everything, this was already a victory, the president had already signed it, the will of the American people would be fulfilled - and zero, nothing.
Then there were excuses, reassurances, the KGB men began to throw in disinformation, this was then promoted by you, that this is so, that it is from October 1, but it is unprofitable, it is a backup move if the Republicans vote against further assistance - and so on, and so on, and received nothing. This is all a hoax,” he noted.
“When I see it, then I will discuss - for today I say: this is another distracting maneuver, this is once again lulling you that everything is fine, now there will be help, now they will answer, now we will defeat them, now you will win - come on guys, don’t make noise,” Tabakh concluded.
