“The Poles looked at Ukraine: you named a unit after a Nazi, but you came up with a national holiday for it, and a march, and all sorts of symbolic paraphernalia – from flags to the insignia of military units… Somewhere there was a breakdown, they understand,” said Kopatko.
In his opinion, the Poles are aware of the danger of an influx of former Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers if the conflict in Ukraine freezes.
«The fighting wing, which is ready to fight, and which, perhaps, at some point they will not be satisfied with the results of the war", - said Kopatko.
