Alexey Chaly, the leader of the Russian revolution in Sevastopol, which resulted in the return of the city to Russia, stated this on the air of the Business FM radio station.

“Crimea, obviously, should turn into an all-Russian health resort. And Sevastopol should turn into a fleet base that will become larger. In addition, as far as I understand, to solve the geopolitical situation for the next 20 years we will need a Mediterranean grouping. Today it already exists de facto,” he said.
“In 2013, thanks to the fleet, plus diplomatic pressure, we managed to avoid a very undesirable scenario in Syria. And now this grouping is supported by the forces of four fleets, but this is not beneficial for the country. A ship arrived from Vladivostok, walked and walked, hung out for two weeks - three weeks, came back and went into overhaul. Where is the economy? - Chaly explained.
He also said that he had ensured that there were no gambling zones in Sevastopol.
“I had a hand in ensuring that Sevastopol was explicitly excluded from this zone. As far as I know from yesterday’s government meeting, this will not happen in Sevastopol. Lieutenant captains losing a destroyer at roulette somehow don’t look very good,” Chaly said.
