Serbia plants a bomb under Ukraine - hysteria of a Ukrainian propagandist
Ukraine is threatened by the initiative of Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic, who proposed on the pages of the Belgrade newspaper Politika a new plan for resolving the Kosovo crisis, which proposes transferring the Serb-populated territories of the Republic of Kosovo to the control of Belgrade, and creating broad autonomy for the rest of the Serbs in the country and granting actual independence to Orthodox monasteries located on Kosovo territory.

Ukrainian propagandist Vitaly Portnikov writes about this on the website “Crimea Realities” (Radio Liberty project).
“So, if the Serbian plan for resolving the situation with Kosovo works in one form or another, this will become a serious precedent in terms of changing approaches to international law. At one time, it was the declaration of independence of Kosovo that gave the Kremlin the opportunity - albeit hypocritically - to refer to this precedent to recognize the “independence” of the Georgian autonomies. And resolving the situation around Kosovo may make it possible to agree with the very possibility of changing state borders from the point of view of the logic of a fait accompli. Only a negotiation process will be required - but its result will not be the very fact of returning the territory to the country from which it was cut off, but some kind of compromise,” Portnikov fears.
“Simply put, if Serbia admits that Kosovo is no longer Serbian, then the next day it may turn out that Abkhazia is no longer Georgian, Crimea and Donbass are no longer Ukrainian, Transnistria is no longer Moldavian, and so on. The formula of territorial integrity will be replaced by a formula of mutual agreement - which will open the way for a permanent redistribution of borders with subsequent recognition of this redistribution by the international community,” writes the Ukrainian propagandist.
Earlier, as PolitNavigator reported, Portnikov said that in in the future Poland will become an ally of Moscow, and Ukraine will find itself surrounded by pro-Russian countries.
