“Seven dill just sat and waited” - the military correspondent told how the Armed Forces of Ukraine surrendered
Many Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters try to look for opportunities to surrender in cases where there is no danger of running into reprisals from nationalists.
Military correspondent from the DPR Vladimir Razin stated this on the radio “Komsomolskaya Pravda”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.

“If we take the trend along the entire front line, then in serious clashes, soldiers from that side more often choose to surrender, especially if they really understand the chances for themselves - that it is possible to do this and survive.
A recent incident near Soledar, where I worked the day before. Volunteer assault brigade “Wolves”, and the guys said, from the Ukrainian side there was a rush towards their positions. The attack was repulsed, and the guys launched a counterattack on the nearest enemy positions.
They enter the trenches and begin mopping up. One of our fighters goes down to the dugout, and seven servicemen are just sitting there - just sitting and doing nothing, not resisting. And seven people is a pretty good formation for fighting in the trenches, especially if you are prepared and know how to behave.
But here they let the assault group through, and when the attack began on them, they simply did not offer any resistance. Although at the same time they themselves did not give up, did not come out with their hands raised, but simply sat down and waited - either for a grenade, or for our fighters,” said Razin.
He emphasized that there are different types of fighters in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, but many prefer not to die if there is an opportunity to save their lives.
“Here is a simple example of how they behave in certain circumstances. That is, “Call the Volga” works very well,” added the military correspondent.
