Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Anatoly Gritsenko stated this on the NewsOne television channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Now the external debt in hryvnia already exceeds two trillion. For each family of four people this is about two hundred thousand hryvnia. And if you count how many of us left one way and will not return, then this is more than 200 thousand hryvnia. The size is huge. Now, at the end of the year, the government decided to raise the barrier to external borrowing by another 14 billion. Obviously, through securities... that is, this debt is growing further,” Gritsenko said.
