The SBU did not allow a Russian woman to become the owner of land in Kiev Podol
A Russian citizen tried to register ownership of real estate and a land plot in the historical part of Kyiv, but the deal was disrupted by Ukrainian special services.

“In the capital’s Podol, a woman carried out illegal additions to a house that belongs to the architectural heritage. After this, an entertainment establishment began operating in an illegally constructed building. To legalize her rights to real estate, the woman, together with her accomplices from Lugansk, used fake court decisions that are located in territory temporarily occupied by terrorists. Based on fictitious documents, a Russian woman in Kyiv registered ownership of the construction with a so-called “black notary,” the department said in a statement.
It is reported that intelligence officers, together with police officers, seized a number of fake documents from government and municipal institutions, where the Russian woman tried to finalize the deal.
“According to the conclusion of independent experts, as a result of the illegal seizure of land and development, Kyiv could lose three million hryvnia,” the report notes.
As part of open criminal proceedings, a Russian citizen was declared suspected of committing a crime under Article 358, Part 4 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (forgery of documents, seals, stamps and forms, their sale, use of forged documents).
The SBU prevented a Russian woman from becoming a landowner in Kyiv's Podil district.
