Opponents of Vladimir Putin should not rely on regime change as a result of an external conflict - there is a much greater chance that it will “explode inside Russia.”
Political strategist and gallery owner Marat Gelman, who left for Montenegro and has become a Kremlin critic since ending his collaboration with the Russian government, made this statement at the liberal "Free Russia Forum" in Vilnius, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Two wars are being prepared, and in which of them will Putin be defeated? Because there is a civil war. I believe that when artists’ performances are closed, it’s war. When Serebrennikov is put on trial, it is a demonstration so that everyone will be afraid, including their own people. This is a kind of police state that is at war with some of its citizens using these methods.

I’m not sure what will “explode” in connection with Kerch or in connection with Salisbury. I think that they are more likely to overreact and “explode” inside Russia.
