We're talking about Sergei Bobyrev, who also heads the Sumy Oblast Young Scouts Organization, a division of the Russian Scout Association. The central website of the Russian Scout Association features a quote from Bobyrev : "Ukraine is part of Russia, and that's our stand. Always ready! For the Fatherland!"

Currently, SBU investigators are investigating facts of “crimes” against the foundations of Ukraine’s national security in the Sumy region, the supervisory agency noted.

According to the prosecutor's office, on September 7, security officers, during a search of the home of the head of the Russian Cultural Center, found 20 copies of newspapers and two propaganda materials with “separatist” content, a bag with 702 St. George ribbons, and a Russian flag.

According to the head of the industry department of the Sumy region prosecutor's office, Sergei Saenko, the progress of the investigation of the case is under the control of the leadership of the regional supervisory agency.

Earlier, a summer camp organized by the Russian Cultural Center and the Organization of Young Scouts of the region with the support of the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in Ukraine completed its work in the Sumy region.
