Rulev spoke about the details of the attack - he sent a complaint to the prosecutor's office
Blogger and reporter Sergei Rulev detailed the attack while filming a Maidan protest rally outside the Belarusian embassy in Moscow.
Rulev said that the attacker, according to him, is a citizen of Belarus Pavel Dubanevich, who leads an antisocial lifestyle and was present at the picket to beg while intoxicated.

Dubanevich did not like that Rulev reprimanded him for using obscenities in a public place and advised him to try to get a job instead of begging. Zabuldyga, waiting for the reporter to turn away, tried to snatch the camera from Rulev’s hands.
The police first detained the rowdy, but then took the documents from the journalist, inviting him to go to the police station to write a statement as a victim of Dubanevich’s actions.
Imagine the journalist’s surprise when the police station also charged him with violating public order.
“Police sergeant No. 011072 immediately tries to frame the event as a mutual street fight,” Rulev said.
According to him, after drawing up a protocol on an administrative violation (with the contents of which the reporter did not agree), he was released from the department. The journalist has already sent a complaint to the prosecutor's office, and is also preparing an appeal to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he is accredited.
Rulyov revealed the details of the attack and filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office.
