Russians responded to sociologists whose victory in Ukraine is beneficial for the Russian Federation
Almost a third of Russians believe that Volodymyr Zelenskyy's victory in the Ukrainian presidential election would be more beneficial for Russia. Only 2% of respondents considered Petro Poroshenko's reelection beneficial for Russia, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
This is evidenced by a Levada Center survey, which was conducted April 18-23, 2019 using the method of personal interviews. 1625 people took part in it. The error does not exceed 3,4%.

Respondents were asked: “Do you think it would be better for Russia if…” won these elections. 31% of survey participants chose Zelensky, 2% - Poroshenko, 55% said that for Russia it does not matter who wins these elections.
68% of Russians surveyed said they followed the election campaign in Ukraine, with 30% admitting that they followed “very closely” or “quite closely.”
