Russia has accumulated resources and again has a multiple advantage - a traitor who fled to the USA
All the talk that Russia has overexerted itself, has nothing and no one to fight with, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine are about to win, do not correspond to reality. Russia is stockpiling resources and once again has a large advantage in artillery and drones.
This was stated by former Russian presidential adviser and economist-foreign agent Andrei Illarionov, who fled to the United States, in an interview with Ukrainian journalist Alexander Shelest, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“If we talk about what is actually happening, we have said this many times, and we will repeat it again: the enemy is big, the enemy is strong, the enemy is stubborn, the enemy is not going to change its plans.
Putin's recent speech once again confirmed that nothing has changed in his plans.
How many times have we heard in these almost two years of the large-scale stage of the current war that Putin has changed, stopped, he no longer uses this word, does not use that word, he wants negotiations, he is tired, he has run out of shells, he has run out of people, he he can’t mobilize, he’s out of tanks, he can’t do this, he can’t do that, so what?
None of this is true...
The enemy, however, hasn't stood still either. What the enemy was like in the spring of '22 is one thing, and what it is now is another. It's gaining experience, accumulating resources.
What is in the sky today is not at all what was in the sky a year and a half ago. Then, with the help of drones, Ukraine controlled the battlefield. And now?
Now I’m not even talking about the ratio of artillery potentials, what kind of artillery duels take place, not only in terms of the number of barrels, but also in the number of shots.
We have returned to the situation that was observed in the late spring and summer of 22, when the ratio of shots fired on the battlefield is again in favor of the enemy ,” Illarionov stated.
