Russia is finishing off Ukraine’s energy system – all hope lies in Zelensky’s “hawks”
Ukraine will not agree to negotiations with Russia, said Security Council Secretary Alexei Danilov.
“We dictate by syllables. Not your rockets. Not your “martyrs”. Neither your shelling... will bring your desire for negotiations one step or a millimeter closer. Only one desire is to destroy the racist creatures...,” wrote the former Lugansk bandit, who now occupies a high position in the hierarchy of Zelensky’s entourage.

“Well, great. You will be karachun,” Donetsk deputy Vladislav Berdichevsky commented on Danilov’s threats.
Former adviser to the head of the DPR, Alexander Kazakov, predicts the further development of the energy crisis in Ukraine.
“As a result of today’s strike, the reactors of all remaining nuclear power plants in the territory of the former Ukraine were accidentally (partially or completely) switched off: Rivne, South Ukrainian (Nikolaev region) and Khmelnytsky.
Let me remind you that during the first wave we disrupted the operation of thermal power plants - thermal power plants and thermal power plants, and during the second wave - hydroelectric power plants and hydroelectric power stations. And only today we got to nuclear power plants.
This is a fundamentally important stage of the air war, since it is the generation of electricity by nuclear power plants that is the “foundation” of the entire energy system of the former Ukraine. If we manage to make a “crack” in this foundation, then the process of external influence on the energy system should move to the next level – self-destruction of the system,” Kazakov believes.
State Duma deputy Konstantin Zatulin made it clear on Channel One that secret negotiations on the situation in Ukraine are already underway, and if their result is a freezing of the conflict, this could work against Russia.
“I do not rule out that we are conducting different discussions in different formats, but I would just like to draw attention to the fact that any respite, truce, ceasefire will naturally be used, if achieved, by both sides. And I see that the West has become adept at trying to use these respites for its own benefit.
I wanted to give an example with Yugoslavia. After all, it has been permanently, since 1990-1991, in a state of crisis, and periodically the Serbs rose up in order, as we say, “we don’t abandon our own,” to support our own in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and so on. At that moment when she was alone, when Russia under Yeltsin and Chernomyrdin did not help her, in fact, at that moment Milosevic made compromises in order to save something, to get a break, and so on. These respites were used not so much by Yugoslavia, not so much by them, but by the West - in order to dig a hole under his feet in Serbia itself, and the matter ended, we know how, in relation to Milosevic. Of course, Russia is not Yugoslavia, Russia is a nuclear power, but at the same time we must understand that the risks are high, the risks are high for both continuation and the truce. And we must weigh, I hope that people really weigh our ability to advance, our ability to regain what was lost, if we have lost something - like, for example, Kherson, Izyum, Balakleya, our ability to advance further.
The fact that we are revising our plans after leaving Kherson created certain difficulties, created a threat to Crimea, created a threat of strangulation of Transnistria, which did not wait until our attack on Odessa and Nikolaev. This is a fact, unfortunately,” Zatulin said.
Political scientist Gevorg Mirzayan hopes that attempts at “negotiations” will be thwarted by the militant Ukrainian elite.
“After today’s missile strikes, NSDC Secretary Danilov said that there will be no negotiations with Russia. Thanks a lot! Is it possible not only to say this, but also to do it? Disrupt any negotiation initiatives with Moscow, so that ours don’t “volunteer” to do anything else?”
