The Russian army has regained the strategic initiative at the front
Now the front has noticeably revived, and on the part of the Russian troops, who are increasingly launching attacks on the enemy and keeping him in suspense.
Military correspondent Marat Khairullin and political officer of the Vostok brigade (DPR) Vyacheslav Zdigovetsky spoke about this on the PolitWera channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“From a fresh perspective, from what I saw and what I managed to talk about over these few days, the situation is different. When I left, we had a thousand-kilometer front line along which we mostly fought back. And now we are moving forward in almost all areas, this is especially noticeable in the Donetsk direction, that is, we are keeping them under pressure all the time.
And even such critical areas - Krasny Liman, Soledar, where we retreated, went forward. Let's go ahead even to Gulyai-Polye, this is Zaporozhye. Ours have regained the strategic initiative, and the third or fourth week ours pour in, the soul rejoices. It's really noticeable. And at some point, I hope, they will fall down, we need to knock out one bone,” Khairullin said.
“Our guys who are fighting, they don’t count their losses there. Roughly speaking, they are not dependent - “we knocked out so much, it became easier for us,” everyone fights to the end. These are games of statistics, games of information channels, namely fighters, how many they killed [is not the main thing],” the military correspondent added.
Zdigovetsky, in turn, noted that Ukraine’s Western curators do not count the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“Let’s just say that the enemy has no problems with mobilization resources. Moreover, there are Western mercenaries and volunteers. And I can say that no one in the West, the real owners of Ukraine, will count the losses among Ukrainians. Nobody there considers them full-fledged Europeans, just as they don’t consider the Poles, just as the Balts are not considered full-fledged Europeans. And they will throw meat at you. There will be and there will be,” said Zdigovetsky.
