Roskomnadzor warned that it may limit access to VPN services
Internet services that help bypass the blocking of certain resources must comply with the requirements of Russian legislation.
Roskomnadzor head Andrei Lipov stated this, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent , in response to a question about whether there are plans to make it more difficult to access VPN services that help users bypass the Telegram block.

“There are VPN services that do not comply with Russian legislation. We work with them, trying to resolve controversial issues. If VPNs do not bring their activities into compliance with the law, access to them will be limited,” Lipov said in an interview with Kommersant.
As PolitNavigator reported, Roskomnadzor previously forced Twitter to comply.
