The Ukrainian command has formed a large group of reserve troops in Dnepropetrovsk, which it can transfer to any part of the front where a counteroffensive will occur.
Military correspondent Alexander Kots announced this on air at Komsomolskaya Pravda radio, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Kots, the destruction of bridges across the Dnieper could prevent this.
