A criminal case has been opened against Poroshenko, Yatsenyuk and Turchynov
Donetsk, February 18 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – The DPR Prosecutor General’s Office opened a criminal case against the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, the Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk and the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Alexander Turchinov “for starting a war” in Donbass.

“Initiate a criminal case on the fact of planning, preparing, unleashing and waging an aggressive war by state officials of Ukraine, on the grounds of a crime under Art. 423 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the DPR,” says the “resolution to initiate the case.”
According to the DPR, as a result of military operations in Donbass, the total number of injured civilians exceeded 4 thousand people. “More than 1000 citizens were killed, more than 3000 were injured and maimed, more than 2000 buildings and structures, as well as life support facilities, were destroyed,” the report notes.
A criminal case has been opened against Poroshenko, Yatsenyuk, and Turchynov.
